A D.C.-based, self-described <\/b>radical feminist<\/b><\/a> advocacy organization that opposes transgender rights and related legislation, arguing that transgender identities are invalid and that women are defined by their biology rather than gender identity.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2014Submitted an amicus brief<\/a>\u00a0in the case\u00a0United States v. Jonathan Skrmetti<\/em>\u00a0at the United States Supreme Court arguing in favor of Tennessee\u2019s ban on healthcare for transgender youth even when approved by medical providers and with parental permission.<\/p>\n

\u2014<\/span>Provided guidance<\/span><\/a> to Ohio lawmakers on strategies to advance bills banning transgender students from using bathrooms matching their gender identity,\u00a0 and prohibiting transgender health care for youth.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2014<\/span>Created<\/span><\/a> the \u201c<\/span>Women\u2019s Bill of Rights<\/span><\/a>,\u201d legislation that defines sex strictly as the biological sex assigned at birth, and excludes transgender identities. Versions of this bill have been introduced in multiple states (and have reached the U.S <\/span>House<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>Senate<\/span><\/a>) to restrict the rights of transgender individuals.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2014<\/span>Received<\/span><\/a> $65,000 in grants from the anti-LGBTQ legal group <\/span>Alliance Defending Freedom<\/span><\/a>, which has crafted model \u201cbathroom bill\u201d legislation aimed at discriminating against transgender people.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2014In an amicus brief to the Supreme Court, <\/span>misgendered<\/span><\/a> the plaintiff <\/span>writing<\/span><\/a>, \u201cSimply, Aimee Stephens is a man. He wanted to wear a skirt while at work, and his \u2018gender identity\u2019 argument is an ideology that dictates that people who wear skirts must be women, precisely the type of sex stereotyping forbidden by Price Waterhouse.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2014<\/span>Allied<\/span><\/a> with the The Heritage Foundation to oppose the Equality Act<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2014<\/span>Partnered<\/span><\/a> with the <\/span>Family Policy Alliance<\/span><\/a> (FPA) to file a joint brief in opposition to a lower court ruling in favor of Gavin Grimm, a trans boy who desired to use the boys’ restroom at his high school.<\/span><\/p>\n
