The Supreme Court ultimately <\/span>ruled against<\/span><\/a> this position in <\/span>Bostock v. Clayton County.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

\u2014Pledged to appeal to the Supreme Court rulings that <\/span>allowed a transgender girl to compete<\/span><\/a> on her <\/span>middle school\u2019s track team<\/span><\/a> and one that determined the state\u2019s Medicaid health insurance program <\/span>had to pay for gender-affirming surgeries<\/span><\/a>. (Some treatments are covered and not at issue in the litigation.)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2014<\/span>Refuses<\/span><\/a> to say whether Joe Biden won the 2020 race and has asserted, without basis, that there were \u201chuge irregularities,\u201d \u201csignificant irregularities,\u201d and \u201cvery, very severe issues\u201d relating to that vote.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
