\u2014Equated \u201cdifficult\u201d nature of marriage equality with Boston terror bombings (at 7:02<\/a>): \u201cWe do live in difficult times. These are times with great uncertainty, angst. The terror in Boston. Fear. Consternation flux. The attempt to redefine a God-ordained institution. These are difficult times.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2014Lumped gays who seek equality with other \u201cradicals\u201d;<\/a> calls on \u201cdevil stomping\u201d Christians to reject all: \u201cWe have radical Muslims. Radical homosexuals. Radical abortionists. We need radical, born again, spirit filled Christians to arise. Do you follow me? We don\u2019t need any sissy Christians, Oprah Winfrey Christians. We need prophetic, devil stomping, demon rebuking, blood washed, Bible believing, free-from-sin Christians.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2014Vocal opponent of LGBTQ provisions in immigration reform<\/a>; says protecting LGBTQ couples would be the \u201cdeath knell\u201d<\/a> for reform<\/p>\n

\u2014Said<\/a> gays want to silence Christianity and that opponents must fight back: \u201cThis egregious attempt to redefine an institution that God formed is not only a violation of everything that we understand to be appropriate but it is an incredible incursion into religious liberty and religious expression. So I believe that we need a multi-ethnic kingdom-culture firewall to push back. White evangelicals alone will not be able to defend marriage in America..\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2014Claimed supporting marriage equality would be equivalent to \u201csurrender[ing] Christianity on the altar of political expediency\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

\u2014Signed on to a letter<\/a> warning \u201cpeople and groups whose moral and religious convictions forbid same-sex sexual conduct\u201d that marriage equality will compel folks \u201cto treat same-sex sexual conduct as the moral equivalent of marital sexual conduct.\u201d<\/p>\n
