\u2014Said<\/a> that the Equality Act will require public schools to teach this \u201csexual nihilism as truth, and teaching the traditional values that have held the American family together will become an actionable offense. We\u2019re talking about civil tyranny, not civil rights.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2014Compared<\/a> \u201cGay Pride Month,\u201d which she calls \u201ca time for LGBTQ storm troopers to pursue political enemies,\u201d to the Kristallnacht pogrom against Jewish-owned business in Nazi Germany.<\/p>\n

\u2014Claimed<\/a> that the \u201cB\u201d in \u201cLGBTQ\u201d refers to bestiality.<\/p>\n

\u2014Said<\/a> Pride flag and Confederate flag are the \u201cexact same thing\u201d: \u201cThe same people that are demanding that the Confederate flag comes down are the same people that are insisting that the rainbow flag goes up,\u201d she said. \u201cThese two flags represent the exact same thing: that certain people groups are not welcome here.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2014Claimed<\/a> \u201ctransgender rights are not civil rights.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u2014In column denouncing inclusive military service, pitted homosexuality against free society<\/a>: \u201cAs a Christian, I believe in the truth of traditional morality as transmitted to us through our biblical sources. And I believe, along with George Washington, who stated clearly in his farewell address to the nation, that religion and traditional morality are critical to the maintenance of our free society. Homosexual behavior is unacceptable by these moral standards.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2014Said gay people should \u201ckeep it private.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

\u2014Claimed LGBTQ acceptance = \u201cunraveling of our society\u201d<\/a>: \u201cFor this traditionalist, it\u2019s no accident that building public acceptance of homosexuality is coincident with a general moral unraveling of our society, with all its destructive consequences.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2014Claimed same-sex marriage is one sign that \u201cwe are sick as a country<\/a>;\u201d says God will judge us for it<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u2014In column claiming same-sex marriage is a \u201ca sign of a lost society,\u201d compared the \u201ccore truths\u201d against slavery to the \u201ccore truths\u201d against same-sex marriage<\/a>: \u201cIn the 1850s, Stephen Douglas [sic] proposed solving the dilemma of whether slavery should be permitted in new states by suggesting that they should just vote. What could be more American than submitting the question of slavery to the democratic process of each state? To this Abraham Lincoln observed: \u2018God did not place good and evil before man telling him to make his choice. On the contrary, he did tell him there was one tree, of the fruit of which he should not eat, upon pain of certain death\u2026. I should scarcely wish so strong a prohibition against slavery in Nebraska.\u2019 Lincoln\u2019s rejoinder to the idea of \u2018popular sovereignty\u2019\u2014that states should vote to determine if slavery would be legal\u2014was that there are core truths\u2014truths that define right and wrong, good and evil\u2014that precede the democratic process. To reject this premise is to buy into moral chaos. Which is what we are approaching today. The claim that somehow it is a sign of a healthy, free society that by way of the vote we can rewrite our language, our dictionary, our oldest, time-tested traditions is a sign of how lost we are.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2014Claimed Washington D.C.\u2019s marriage equality represents \u201cSodom in the nation\u2019s capital<\/a>\u201d; says that offering marriage equality to help gays is like \u201cserving up another glass of wine … to help a drunk<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2014In column claiming marriage equality is pride that will come \u201cbefore a fall,\u201d wrote that same-sex marriage is a \u201cwar on religion\u201d<\/a>: \u201cLet there be no doubt that same-sex marriage is about much more than marriage. It is a deliberate and conscious assault on religion and all traditional values.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2014Claimed black lesbians are created by fatherlessness<\/a>: \u201cGrowth in black lesbianism is generally the product of a culture where families already have been destroyed. These aren\u2019t pioneers venturing out of an intact family that has given them a good life to discover a new \u2018lifestyle.\u2019 The injustice and discrimination they feel is to never have had the opportunity to grow up in an intact family and to understand what it means to have a man in your life who is responsible and from whom you can receive love and respect.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2014Referred to gay people as \u201cthose choosing the homosexual lifestyle.<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n
