In the brief, which he filed in his capacity as Attorney General of Texas, he and fellows argued that a ruling decriminalizing gay sex \u201cmust logically extend to activities like prostitution, adultery, necrophilia, bestiality, possession of child pornography, and even incest and pedophilia.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2014<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lambdalegal.org\/news\/ny_20050426_william-pryor-is-most-demonstrably-antigay-judicial-nominee\">Reportedly<\/a> decried <em>Romer v.
